I could not be happier with Urban Sprouts! The plants arrive in perfect condition, packaged to the T, no room for loss or breakages, full of life, no wilting or discoloration. Cannot wait for the next months to come!
We are LOVING our little plants subscription! We love this service and the life it brings to our home. Thank you for being a part of that!
We start shipping the 9th of every month and will finish by the 13th. This gives us time to carefullly package each box and avoid shipping on days where packages may have to sit over a weekend. Transit times are normally between 1 and 7 business days depending on your location.
No worries! Things happens. Sometimes shipping is unkind to plants or boxes get lost or stolen. Just send us an email and we'll either ship you a new plant or extend your subscription. If your plant never arrives it is helpful to confirm your shipping address for us and we'll try it again =]
We specialize in helping new plant owners succeed in happy plant rearing! Send us a text, email, or DM on Facebook or Instagram with questions (photos are helpful) and we'll get back to you with personalized information about getting your plants back on track. Don't want to talk to a person? check out the link on your care card or our resource blog

Each box is carefully packed with one organically US grown plant in a 2-3"pot (air plants do not have pots), a care card with care and contact info, and literature about our services in your first box. All our packaging is made from recycled materials and can be thrown into your recycling or compost bin!
We believe in supporting small businesses so we source all our plants from small scale organic nurseries in the Western United States. Some of them we even grow ourselves!
